The goal of this management framework and quality management model is long-term excellence cantered on sustainability, efficiency, and quality. The premise of the EFQM Model comprises of the Total Quality Management idea (Chiarini and Kumar, 2021). This business excellence model is further observed to be assisting associations with performing better by making information driven bits of knowledge upheld by authoritative specialists, to accommodate needs, motivation and stakeholders of the organisation. Henceforth, in this context, there could be seen significant relationship between EFQM business excellence model and the practices of project management.
