The study concludes that black children also started to hate their characteristics, the white race was such that they have positive traits only.
Justice can be obtained if we learn to communicate or utilize language as a tool to overcome the disparity in the society and eradicate racism.
She explained a story about how language can be a powerful tool as her own son replied to her educator in the primary school with only No to a question regarding cleanliness. She said we need to change the approach rather than just focusing on diversity and inclusion we have to move forward to justice and belonging.
