Gradually kids are going back to the schools after the global pandemic. Although the pandemic showed us a real picture of the education system. The exterior was covering the reality of how education is for only those who have power and voice. The voiceless do not get the opportunity to learn and become powerful and the global pandemic was the answer to all our queries. Those who were strong enough to survive however who are lacking behind the gap increased only in the global pandemic. 

This can be expected, this can be prevented nevertheless we were denied it entirely.

The school system based on ideas of the past, without the concept of accepting diversity falls apart in the crisis of global pandemic coronavirus. We cannot deny the fact that numerous people, institutions and organizations come together to pick the pieces of the scattered education system still it was not enough to recreate it as it failed those who are not from the powerful background,  it did not treat everyone equally.

The sad part of the crisis was that those who lag behind suffered more than anyone else. Online schooling and such ideas of internet connections, school from home was not for everyone as innumerable students do not have access to wifi to devices to attend these classes. 

The most outrageous thing of digital divide, not having access to the internet never was big issues, no matter how many research showing that people from black community, Hispanic or those who are from low income families are always those who suffered inequality in access to education, those teachers are not qualified, the academic goals of them is not reachable, the outcome of academics is not desirable. The race and income is the biggest reason for the gap in education which is highlighted during the global pandemic.

The American schooling system is somehow maintaining the prejudice and disparity between those who are in need, do not receive it. The fund and other systems are not powerful enough to reach those who are in the wait for such upliftment. The system has countless problems such as no accountability  towards the student and their specific family background. No distinct effort is done towards improving the outcome of education,  no actions towards bridging the inequality in the education system.

Everyone no matter from which field had noticed how easily the education system let down countless students and their families. It is need  of time and century to work towards improving the status of education by making it more accountable towards the learner and their special needs. More inclusive, situations like the digital divide should be taken seriously.
