Though this technology’s future application can be much more than just immersive music, it can be used in augmented reality to go even beyond what’s already possible, allowing people to truly feel immersed in virtual reality. It can be used in a multitude of ways to even breakdown, how students concentrate and apprehend when they aren’t focused, and through this data we can improve our ways to teach better. This has applications in training too; they can learn what mistakes are made and why, through the data, the person was not focused on the task.
The technology based on eye tracking technology, they made special glasses which consist of cameras to analyse eye movements. This technology is tech forward and futuristic to solve numerous problems. These technologies helped them to comprehend how music and response towards it happen by the eyes. Sir Simon rattle who participated in the recharge wore the glasses while performing in the orchestra, the movement of his eyes are analyzed.
This is a true example of technology meets art. The science, art and technology coming together to create glasses which can analyze our eye movements.
This innovation provides us with data related to eye movement, this quantitative data also enables us to comprehend the complicated relationship between music and human eye movements.
